1. Orders

5. Delivery

Methods of deliveries in Switzerland can be selected by clients. In Central Valais and Lausanne region, coffees might be delivered by bike, depending on conditions. When not possible, coffees will be delivered with Swiss Post.

Packages can also be retrieved from a number of partner businesses.

Deliveries outside Switzerland are made by other service providers.

The delivery costs are indicated when the payment is occuring

Xalala reserves the right to adjust its rates.

6. Delivery and Shipping Times

Our delivery conditions are valid for Switzerland.

We want to guarantee you the freshness of our grains at all times. This is why we ship your coffee beans ordered within one week from the date of order (conditions valid for Switzerland).

7. Delivery address and billing address

All orders confirmed by Xalala will be delivered to the address indicated on the order. The delivery address may differ from the billing address.

8. Verification of the goods and returns

In principle returns, refunds and exchanges are excluded.

However, in case the quantity and good condition of the goods on delivery are defective (damaged goods or quantities delivered not corresponding to the order), you must report it by filing a claim with the carrier and inform Xalala in the time limit of 7 days after delivery.

The prerequisite for a replacement or refund is that the product has not yet been opened and is in the same condition you received it. 9. Warranty conditions for coffee machines

Xalala warrants, for a period of one year from the date of purchase, the proper functioning of the object acquired and its absence of defects. Xalala may choose the performance of the warranty service between free repair, replacement with an equivalent product or refund of the price paid. All other claims are excluded.

The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, the consequences of improper treatment, damage by the purchaser or a third party, or defects due to external circumstances (for example, the effects of scale on the heating bodies).

We kindly ask you to carefully keep the guarantee certificate and proof of purchase (receipt). In the absence of these documents, no claim will be accepted.
