For this season, our blend comes largely from the production of coffee growers Angelica and Mario, whose farm Los Milagros is located at 1400m above sea level in the region of Jinotega, in Nicaragua.
Their sweet coffee (Caturra, Catuai and Maragogype) was imported directly, without going through intermediaries.
We added a hint of arabica coffee from the Sidamo region in Ethiopia, and a hint of a robusta bean from the highlands of Mubende in Uganda.
