Natural coffee (beans dried in the sun with the coffee tree cherry) incredibly rich and complex from the producer Bekele Legie. Coming from a single producer, it is a real terroir coffee, where the identity of the producer, the climate and the soil are expressed to give life to a unique and exceptional product.
This coffee will reveal evolving notes as the temperature of the coffee drops. At first, rose, pecan nuts and cardamom, then notes of red fruits.
